It feels like a 5 star hotel without the price tag. 2nd time staying. Meals outstanding.

We like the facilities provided to suit families - the indoor heated pool and spa, a basketball and tennis court with equipment (which we were keen to use, but unfortunately the weather didn't suit), and even a golf course. Our room had external access with steps going to the pool area, which meant we didn't have to go through the main hallway. The beds were comfy. The shower was great. They even had Milo satchets, which the children preferred as a hot drink option.

Wonderful service through our whole stay. Really easy to sort out airport pick up and drop off thanks to the courtesy shuttle. We had our room upgraded which was a neat extra perk to our stay. Definitely recommend adding breakfast to your booking - buffet style with everything you would usually expect from a hotel breakfast, plus deli meats, cheese, pasteries, juices, and smoothies included!

Loved the friendly & helpful staff. Lovely, comfortable beds and very clean. Rooms were nice, cozy, and warm. Love that they provide natural body & hair wash. 😊 Was great how easy the shuttle service was. It is very convenient to the airport. Staff were exceptional 👏

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. We were able to check in early which enabled us to drop our suitcases off before returning our motorhome, which was great. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The hotel restaurant was delicious and affordable. The staff were very helpful, even in the middle of the night. To top it all off, we had to get to the airport at 4 a.m. and the hotel has a complimentary 24/7 airport shuttle available. Fantastic place to stay!

Great hotel, stayed here for a couple of nights. Rooms were a really good size, excellent facilities (tea/coffee in the rooms, a pool, fitness centre, tennis courts, half size basketball court, cycles, bar and restaurant, laundry and probably more that I didn't see), and the Reception Team couldn't be more helpful. In fact all of the staff that we saw were very friendly and helpful. Location is great for travellers. The hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle service (but you could walk if you didn't have lots of bags), and there is a bus stop opposite the hotel driveway into the City centre.

Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Great shower. Lovely views from up on level 4. Plenty of parking, nice outdoor area. Good pool & gym. Staff friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Bonus was lockable storage for my electric bike.

I have stay hundreds of nights in hotels all over the US. Over 300 night in just one year so I know hotels well. This is one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. From the time I told the shuttle driver we needed to go to the Commodore to the shuttle that took us back to the airport to 3:45 am, the experience was top of the line. The pool had a jet so you could actually swim for exercise in the hotel pool, a waterfall was outside our door, the room had a sliding glass door that opened into a beautiful lush area, room service was great, the staff was 100% perfect in every way. I could go on and on about the amazing service.
